Feels really cheated.....
Visited the All-phones in Rundle Mall,
Asked the guy if the $49 Optus cap plan include international call, said yes
Asked again if it include international call and said yes (again)
Signed optus $49 cap plan contract on the 13th of July in All-phones, the bill never come.....
Called the Optus customer service on the end of August,
Said the contract started on 21st of August.....
By then, I know that I'm able to use my phone already....
So, I called my parents and friends overseas for over 2 hours......
Bill received on 17th of September.....
Guess what??
"Total amount due (including GST): $195.27"
Visited Optus shop the next day to verify if their $49 cap plan include International call
Said NO, and showed me the brochure.....
Went back to All-Phones to look for this 'Genius' and he was lucky....
So pretend not knowing anything, asked if $49 Optus Cap plan include international call
This time, the girl is clever, she said NO
Told me that other provider like 3 give $40 balance more and include international call
Told her my problem
Asked me to call customer service and try if able to work something out...
Speechless.....
